2.   Adopting high speed big volume PLC control with internally installed multi-temperature-section and multi-travel temperature control, and more than 200 memorable fully automatic dyeing technologies installed inside in advance.  

3.   Fabric thickness auto tracking system for avoiding quality problem caused by operators mis-operation. 

4.  Direct-view touch-screen operation shortens the time for the training of the operators.

5.  Functions of automatic temperature control, automatic direction changing, auto travel remembering, auto stop, auto fabric swinging, auto alarming.

6.  The whole machine is equipped with auxiliary devices such as top illumination, fault 

alarming light, emergency stop. Safe operation, convenient maintenance. 

7.  Optional: The function of net-working of many machines realizes the central control 

of up to 127 sets of jiggers.
