HHZ series steelmaking DC electric arc furnaces are used for melting quality

carbon and ally steel, their normal capacities are from 3t to 100t.

Features

In HHZ series furnaces, OP, HP and UHP power input models are

available, both right and left operations for your choice. Roof swinging

and top charging. Advanced designs of the furnaces ensure operation

reliable and performance  excellent.

·Furnace body

    Tapping manners: spout and EBT. Tubular water-cooled and

    traditional roof are available.

·Tilting mechanism.

·Electrode lifting mechanism

    It can be realized by bogie movement or mast lifting, common copper

    tube arm or advanced water-cooled conducting arm are available.

·Roof lifting and swinging mechanism.

    Integrated or separated foundation designs for your choice.

·Cooling-water monitoring and alarming system.

·Hydraulic station and control valves system.

·Electric control system:

    Automatic regulator of electrode lifting can be VVVF controlled or

    computer controlled. The later can equipped with CPT displayer.

    The acting of all parts and interlocks is controlled by PLC.
