Excellent performance Servo jigger dyeing machine series developed by WUXI CITY CHENGXING MACHINERY MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD is up to the advanced level in the world, and fills in the blank in the technology of the jigger dyeing machine industry in China. Internally installed multi temperature section and multi-travel, temperature control, fabric thickness auto tracking, more than 200 memorable dyeing programs, stable fabric running, even tension in the whole procedure of dyeing, very short distance of emergency stop, central control of net-working of many machines realizes the central control of up to 127 sets of jiggers.

1.   Adopting dual-servo driving, stable speed rising and lowering, even and constant tension during the whole technology process, overcoming the shortage of not even tension and not constant liner speed from the normal dyeing machines made by usual jigger manufacturers. 

2.   Adopting high speed big volume PLC control with internally installed multi-temperature-section and multi-travel temperature control, and more than 200 memorable fully automatic dyeing technologies installed inside in advance.  

3.   Fabric thickness auto tracking system for avoiding quality problem caused by operators mis-operation. 

4.  Direct-view touch-screen operation shortens the time for the training of the operators.
