Calibration machine is one of main equipments in making pipeline. The formed pipe is transported into between upper and lower tools step by step. The pipes are bent by pressed outside wall when it moving between two tools to reach the precision of finished products.
The machine is a assembled frame structure. Plunger and its cylinder are fixed below upper beam. Cylinder body moves vertically as moving beam that can control precisely the reaching lowest point. Support machine consists of two operating units of calibration. Operating machine can move forward and backward, up and down, and spirally, which guarantees every amount of feed-in, superposition and spiral. The roundness and straightness of pipe were improved after calibration.
