The machine is one of the five main machines, which are belonged to the produce lines of large-sized LSAW pipe, composed of milling-moduleslide restthe equalizing ingoing roller way for materialtransportation roll and the carriage for carrying material.
The machine delivers the steel plate to the blocking-material device at milling- modules side under the function of roller way of the milling machine. The equalized equipment equalize the plate cohering with symmetrical axis of the milling-component, and then, two jaws, fixed differently at foreside and tail of the carrying- carriage, clamp two ends of the steel plate and draw to the pressing-material roller way of the milling-module. While the carrying-carriage carrying the plate, two milling-modules mills the side of plates respectively for molding. And then, clamps of the carriage desquamate and take back. Then, the finished plate is delivered to the next working procedure by the output roller way. Great efficiency is the advantage of the machine.
